Lottery Riddim – Stem Files Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using the “Lottery Riddim” stem files by VXXDXX SAMPLES. These stems are provided to help you create, release, and distribute your music professionally. By downloading or using these files, you automatically agree to the terms below.

These rules are here to protect both you and me, and to avoid any copyright issues in the future.

1. Beat Tag Must Stay

My producer tag must remain in the final version of the song at all times.
Do not remove, mute, or hide the tag in any release (official or unofficial).

2. No Editing of Stems

You are not allowed to cut, rearrange, or modify any of the stem files.
The stems are strictly for professional mixing and mastering purposes only.

This means:

No changing the structure

No replacing parts

No reselling or reusing the stems in another beat

3. Royalties & Content ID (Very Important)

You are allowed to upload and Content ID your song on:
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, CapCut, etc.

However, you must give me a 50% royalty split on all platforms.

I collect my royalties only through RouteNote.

My RouteNote Details:

Artist Name: VXXDXX SAMPLES
RouteNote User ID: 3654449

So when setting up splits, allocate 50% to VXXDXX SAMPLES.

4. Distribution Must Be Through RouteNote

If you are not already using RouteNote, you are required to use it for this release.
This is the only platform I use to track and collect my streaming royalties.

RouteNote is also 100% free, so you don’t lose anything.

(Trust me, it’s one of the best free distributors online.)

5. If the Song Blows Up 🚀

If your song becomes successful (viral, charting, label interest, monetized heavily, etc.),
these terms still apply.

This agreement protects my rights as the producer even if the song goes global.

Final Note

This beat remains the intellectual property of VXXDXX SAMPLES.
You are being licensed to use it under these conditions — not owning it.
